Responsibilities
The City Manager is the City's Chief Administrative Officer and is responsible for all city operations, capital assets, and financial resources.
Thomas Ernharth began his tenure with the City of Eagle Lake in 2017 and is currently City Manager, previously serving as the City Manager for the City of Starke and the Township Manager for South Londonderry Township and Penn Township in Pennsylvania. Mr. Ernharth has 30 years of local government experience and is a member of the International City/County Management Association, and the Florida City and County Management Association. Tom holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
