The mission of the Eagle Lake Building Department is to protect the public safety, health, and general welfare through the administration and enforcement of the Florida Building Code and the Eagle Lake Code of Ordinances.
Most work done in The City of Eagle Lake requires a Building Permit. In the documents bar on the side menu we have provided a list of examples for work that would require a Building Permit. This list is not all inclusive, please call our Building Department at (863) 229-5032 if you have any questions.
